Due to the perishable nature of our sustainably packaged water, we do not accept returns on any food or beverage products to ensure safety and quality standards. If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Examine your Boxed Water shipment immediately upon arrival to check for any signs of transit damage or leaks.

    Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box, as these are required to process your claim.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer experience team with your order number and the photos of the damaged items within 30 days.

    Resolution

    Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement case at no additional cost.
